SPAM and things

The latest incoherent spam I have received had this curious sentence:

Wash name Natalya

After some thought I decided this must be 'Screen name Natalya' as I decided that screen and wash seemed to go nicely together. Beth has pointed out that 'baptismal name' might be a better original! So much for my lateral thinking.
We seem to be fighting a 'poor reputation' at work from senderbase - we're not on any DNSBL listings - and they are not very responsive about clearing their hair-trigger listing of us. In the meantime folk who use their software bounce our messages.
